Good location, vibrant, nightly street food just next door, overall quite a new hotel, rooms & comfortable bedding all new, silent air-cond, clean separate bath / toilet, nice coffee "Birdy", coffee making kettle, bottled water, large car park at the back, easily accessible, wheel chair friendly. There's a small cafe within the hotel lobby, great friendly receptionists
No facilities like gym or pool, no restaurant, as such no breakfast can be included.

Only street food available.

Close to Wachira street food next door evening to night
Slightly noisy at night when loud motorbikes passby if your room faces the main road
Could hear next door room talk if it’s too loud.
