extra sweet host, farm with animals perferct for kids (to caress and feed), everything clean and as new, i appreciate the option to buy basic groceries right on the farm, close to Kali express (tractor ride), sommercard included (so money saved on gondolas etc..), definitely recommend :))

This place has a truly special character, and much of that comes from the wonderful hosts, Eva and Georg. It doesn’t feel like just another guesthouse – there is a warmth, friendliness and almost community-like atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the very beginning. Two children start playing football, and before you know it, others join in :-)
The beautiful outdoor space is a dream for both children and parents. And the view of the mountains above Schladming is simply breathtaking – having breakfast with such a view makes you feel genuinely grateful to be there. Add to that fresh eggs you can prepare yourself and fresh milk from the farm, and the whole experience becomes even more special.
The rooms are cosy, tasteful and thoughtfully furnished, perfectly matching the atmosphere of the place.
We will definitely recommend this accommodation to others. For us, it was much more than just a place to stay – it was a wonderful experience and a place we would love to visit again.

Sehr ruhig. Moderne und umfangreiche Einrichtung.
Etwas abseits, aber mit Auto ist man gleich im Ortszentrum.

Das Apartment war wirklich total nett eingerichtet und hatte die perfekte Größe für 4 Personen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und steht immer zur Verfügung. Das Frühstückssystem fand ich auch gut gewählt. Außerdem ist es natürlich einzigartig auf einem Bauernhof zu nächtigen, man darf auch direkt zu den Kühen gehen und es gibt es viele Katzen.
