It was one minute walk from the beach

Great value for the stay and the staff were excellent and welcoming. The breakfast was great also. I like that the bottled water and beer are easily accessible at all times. Kitchen open until 7:00 pm is awesome.
Premises are clean.
Beach is un-swimmable. Fishing boats anchored in front of property. You can walk to another beach but some seem to be private.
You need a vehicle if you want to do other things around the area.
Drain was clogged in shower
