There was no tea or coffee in the apartment. I can't remember the last place we stayed that didn't have tea and coffee. It is the norm. We checked in late so had to go without. It should be listed in the facilities page that beverages are not provided

Upon arrival, the property hadn’t been cleaned properly. I rang the phone number on the booking and told him the property wasn’t very clean. I sent photos and asked him to send someone to clean in the morning. Shower track had slime and dirt, no hand towels, silicones hoses in the shower, glued toilet cistern, microwave had spilt food, floor next to the rubbish bin had spilt food, inside the rubbish bin had no rubbish bag but left over food inside, huge smear marks on the ranchslider glass, filth outside in the courtyard. Not what the photos online show at all
