The property was 10/10. It was exceptional. We were literally blown away from the experience of staying here. Upon reaching (I’ll explain more about the journey here below), a staff was actually at the compound gate to welcome us in to the car parking. The location was EXCEPTIONAL, scenic, calm, everything you’d want from a trip to see Mount Fuji. The accommodation itself was another beauty. Property was as though it was newly built with the finest materials, and everything about this is world class. For a property in the woods, this just took our breath away. Included (with the booking) is also a matcha preparing ceremony, which was done in a cute tea house just beside the apartment, which was private, and really special.
As mentioned, this property needed some navigating to get though, only accessible by car (Not taxi). So you’d want to as possible drive in and out while there’s daylight as the roads are dimly lit or not lit at all, as it is in the mountainous area. I would strongly recommend a 4WD car. We got a 4wd Honda fit HEV and it was good enough. Some of the roads are NARROW. So don’t get something too large like a Land Cruiser. But this is really all. The property itself was amazing.

The place was self-contained in a beautiful setting. The staff were amazing and just truly friendly and yet respectful of your space. Despite the location being quite isolated, I did appreciate the quietness. Each part of the villa was well thought out. I loved the private onsen.
I can't think of anything really. But perhaps a more accurate Google map would be helpful as we were a little lost trying to get there

Otroligt hög standard. Fräscht, utsikten, personalen. Magisk matcha-cermoni. Har sällan sovit bättre, fluffiga täcken. Trevliga och generöst med produkter.
