At first I was a bit concerned—you enter the apartment through an alley in a very busy street. But the place is surprisingly comfortable and if you watch the video you are sent, it’s easy to find. It is quiet, despite being in a heavy retail area. Very good communication through WhatsApp. Great location for shopping, beauty treatments, tourist buses. The kitchen is basic, but functional. The bed firm and I loved the pillows. There’s a clothes washer and dryer. For the price, I was very pleased.

Perfect location, very attentive and helpful host, basic but comfortable and clean.
My room was right near the entrance and was a bit noisy from people entering and exiting, and from the washers and dryers outside my door.

Great location, in the centre of District 1. Instructions from owner to check in are clear and I didn’t have any issues locating the property.
They have a laundry and dryer which makes doing laundry very efficient.
Fridge was faulty and not cold so some of the groceries I bought were unable to be stored properly. (Eg. Vegetables and Milk)
There’s an induction cooker provided but no cooking equipment (Eg. Spatula/Thongs) which makes it counterproductive. I had to use a dining knife to slice and prep my chicken.
