Very sweet & updated condo, very nice! Great location as well.

Great location - just steps away from the beach and lots of nice restaurants and spots for a drink. The apartment is well appointed for a nice stay. It’s exactly as pictured.
Nothing - we enjoyed our time there.

The location was perfect.
The actual condo building itself (common areas) really do need attention and are very gloomy. The under building car park is an added bonus but part of it's ceiling is open, like it just gave way. The windows are all rotting and whilst the owners have painted them, you can still see how rotten they are. The railings around the balcony are rusted and do not look to be in great shape. Condo fees are paid for the owners building to be maintained, clearly this building is poorly maintained.
