Wielkość sypialni , wygoda łóżek , to że był dwie łazienki w pełni wyposażone , jedna z wanną i toaletą i druga z prysznicem i toaletą. Lokalizacja i łatwość wydostania się do centrum miasta. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Ręczniki i środki czystości. Czystość w apartamencie. Wielkość salonu i aneksu kuchennego. Możliwość parkowania w parkingu podziemnym (za dopłatą).
Brak klimatyzacji i słaba wentylacja. W sypialniach było bardzo duszno i sucho , po otwarcia okna było nieco przyjemniej ale niestety z zewnątrz dochodził głośny hałas z ulicy , duży gwar ludzi , hałas wywołany przez przejeżdżające samochody a przede wszystkim przez tramwaje więc w gorące dni nie wyobrażam sobie jak tam przebywać. Słabe wi-fi i słaby zasięg komórkowy. Opiekun apartamentu wymagał sortowania śmieci ale nie dostarczył odpowiedniej liczby worków do tej czynności (były tylko dwa worki).

This is a truly exceptional place. The entire building has a unique architectural design, and the same attention to detail carries through into the apartment. The raw concrete, greenery and distinctive architecture give the place a character you simply don’t find in a standard apartment building.
The apartment itself is beautifully designed and equipped. The interior is relatively simple and understated, but everything feels genuinely high-end – not just made to look luxurious in photos. The quality is in the details, from the furniture and finishes to the appliances. Even things you wouldn’t normally pay much attention to, such as the Siemens washer and dryer, are clearly premium products. You can tell that no corners were cut when furnishing the apartment.
Zoya is also an exceptionally attentive host. She checks in during the stay to make sure everything is fine and to ask whether you need anything, but does it in a very unobtrusive way – just a short message through Booking.com, never anything intrusive. It strikes exactly the right balance between being available and giving guests complete privacy.
A very special place, both in terms of design and hospitality.

Apartamentul a fost exceptional: spatiu generos, curat. Mi-a placut tot, designul clădirii, balconul foarte intim unde sa iti bei cafeaua, bucataria utilata si lenjeria de pat impecabila.
Comunicare foarte buna cu proprietarul.
Recomand cartierul. Este foarte bine poziționat fata de centru iar reteaua de tramvaie m-a facut sa ma indragostesc de Praga. La parterul blocului e o cafenea si in imediata apropiere gasesti mici magazine cu produse de patiserie foarte bune.
