Maria at reception was absolutely lovely and very helpful. She made the check-in and entrance process really easy and smooth, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Maria, for making me feel so welcome!
One difficult thing was the staircase in the luggage storage area at Arany János Street 9. There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs challenging.

Good location in Budapest for our needs
Communication was challenging. For instance, I received an email one day ahead of our stay saying it contained door codes, but there were no codes. I had to follow up directly and ask for the door codes. We also met another couple in the hallway at 9 pm staying here who couldn’t get into their room because they also had no door codes. It was difficult to find the accommodation and more information would be very helpful.

Tetszett a szállás elhelyezkedése és maga az apartman is. Nagyon csendes és nyugodt volt, pont az, amire a pihenéshez szükség van. Minden szép és tiszta volt

Location was good - once we found the entrance and access point.
Room is very small, not like the picture.
Bathroom flooded a few times, kitchen in the room is not geared up to be used very well. Noisy corridor, limited floor space, even for your suitcase.

"Location, the property itself and Maria. Maria is key here because she is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. I can’t thank her enough."
