La posizione, fuori dal caos ma con un panorama incredibile. Struttura che ti fa sentire a casa , vorremmo ritornarci.
Nulla. Da considerare qualche barriera architettonica per chi dovesse avere di questi problemi.

The location was absolutely beautiful, offering fantastic views and a peaceful atmosphere. We had just come from Rome, and this stay felt wonderfully restful. The property has free on-site parking, three bedrooms in total, plus a small room for children and even a cot for a baby. Although it was just the two of us, the hosts thoughtfully prepared all the rooms for our arrival. Everything was spotless, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was exceptionally responsive — even replying to my message late at night, which I really appreciated. The house is also well-equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays.
The wifi wasn't working. It would be great if this can be prepared before the next guest arrives!

The apartment is clean and very nice decorated with a lot of detail and great artwork in frames on the walls. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and one of them with a extra sofa bed for a child. The view is absolutely fantastic.
There are however some negative points…
The accommodation is rented out by a company and the process of confirming the booking is a hassle…. All passports information needs to be typed in of all people staying, copies of the passports need to be uploaded and selfless with your phone need to be taken of all. An extra tourist tax needs to be paid even when the booking tells all taxes included. Why not add it to the price already?
When you arrive the key box with the keys to open the car entrance gate and apartment door is hanging in a tree but there are many trees…. It becomes a treasure hunt to find…
The apartment is on the first floor but it is not clear where the entrance is or which building as there are 3 or 4. There is no sign to the apartment. We had some help of a resident of another apartment.
Inside the apartment there is no dining table. There is a kind of kitchen bar for 2 people to sit but not for 6 or 7 people. There is a table on the balcony that can be used. Fine in summer but when we did stay it was chilly.
There was no internet password available. Even after having contact with the rental company it was not solved. Finally we did a reset and used the factory code. We couldn’t really use internet because it was to slow. Emails with text okay but with images took very long to load or didn’t load at all.
We did travel through Italy for 3 weeks and this was the first place that didn’t had coffee…. Very strange for Italian culture. So you have to buy it in the supermarket for the special coffee machine that is there.
There are no plastic bags for waste. Again very strange because what to do and also Italian people separate waste.
Some plates to eat from are cracked or it looks like they are glued.
The bathroom / toilet door can’t be locked. So you need to communicate well when you have to go to prevent people coming in….
We had a nice stay but we would not come back.
