Casper, the ghost

Clean house The position Is good

This is by far the worst treatment I have ever received from a host in all the trips I’ve taken. I have NEVER received a response, either before the trip or during my stay when I had issues. The tv remote control did not work because of the batteries. I asked to the host but he replied me after one day "in which apartment you are?". I replied and he disappeared. I've bought the batteries by my self the third day. Price too high for this apartment. The shower was without door. No basic kitchen forniture was available. Either salt, oil, paper...

Segue uma versão mais clara, objetiva e profissional para a avaliação: A minha experiência foi bastante dececionante. O apartamento fica no último andar do edifício e, durante a nossa estadia, enfrentámos temperaturas muito elevadas. No entanto, não nos foi disponibilizado o controlo remoto do ar condicionado, tornando impossível utilizar o equipamento. Quando questionámos a gestão sobre o assunto, fomos sucessivamente informados de que iriam resolver o problema ou adquirir um novo comando. Após dois dias de espera, pediram-nos que comprássemos nós mesmos um controlo remoto, garantindo que o valor seria reembolsado. Fizemos a compra, mas o comando acabou por não funcionar. Deixámos o equipamento e a respetiva fatura no apartamento, conforme solicitado, mas até ao momento não recebemos qualquer reembolso. Outro aspeto preocupante foi o estado de manutenção do ar condicionado. Ao abrir o equipamento para procurar o código do Wi-Fi e tentar controlá-lo através do telemóvel, verificámos que o filtro estava extremamente sujo, aparentando não ser limpo há muito tempo. Além de demonstrar falta de manutenção, esta situação pode representar riscos para a qualidade do ar e para a saúde dos hóspedes. A sensação que tivemos é que, por o imóvel ser gerido por uma empresa e não diretamente pelo proprietário, existe pouco interesse em prestar um serviço de qualidade ou em resolver os problemas dos hóspedes de forma eficiente. Infelizmente, não recomendo esta hospedagem e aconselho futuros hóspedes a terem atenção a este tipo de gestão.

Buona posizione, vicina al centro. É un monolocale con la doccia a vista. Si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, da tenere in considerazione per i bagagli…

Host assente. Quando siamo arrivati non trovavamo l’appartamento e ho chiamato, nessuna risposta. Avevo mandato un messaggio prima dell’arrivo chiedendo se ci fosse del bagnoschiuma, mi è stato risposto di sì, ma non c’era. Non ci è stata fornita la password del Wi-Fi, ho provato a scrivere un messaggio ma non mi ha risposto nessuno. Ci siamo dovuti arrampicare per raggiungere il modem e prendere la password da lì. L’appartamento era sporco, polvere ovunque, soprattutto nei posti un po’ più nascosti. Le posate, i piatti e i bicchieri erano poco puliti e nel cassetto delle posate c’erano oggetti arrugginiti. L’host non ha mai risposto ai miei messaggi ma mi sono arrivati diversi messaggi “standard” per ricordarmi l’orario di uscita e con la richiesta di una recensione 10/10.

Clean house The position Is good
