The central location to old town and the arena, numerous great restaurants within a 10 minute walk and the responsiveness of the staff and manager. The showers were amazing and room sizes were great!
The floor mounted cooling system took a little while to cool the bedrooms from 25-22c, but once it did it stayed cool. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms so they steam up a little when showering.

Very clean and good facilities. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning perfect. In depth instructions for self check in which included a video. Agency office staff very friendly and helpful using WhatsApp promptly answering some queries I had. Location couldn't be better.

It was a lovely apartment in a very central location plenty around and within walking distance of the train station ( for day trips to Milan and Lake Garda.
It was a little loud in the evenings because there was a cafe not too far away. But that was only for very light sleepers like myself.
