New room with confortable bed. Breakfast is good. Prices are ok for restaurant.

There were blood stains on the pillows, mould on the curtains, and the bed runners were not clean. I also had to carry my own baggage.
When I requested a change of pillowcase at the reception, they simply handed me a pillowcase and expected me to change it myself.
The food was also very expensive. The amount I paid for breakfast and dinner was more than the room rate itself.
I am surprised that I did not complain or say anything during my stay. I work in the Maldives as a Resident Manager, overseeing two luxury hotel operations with 238 rooms, so I fully understand hospitality standards and guest expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expected.
