Soggiorno non a 300 mt dal mare!

molto bello il panorama , appartamento carino.

Non mi è piaciuto che pubblicizzate a 300 mt dal mare quando invece il posto si trova a 15 minuti da Lerici e bisogna prendere una corriera. Di luxury ha solo la vista, non congruo prezzo e qualità.

Mit Stil, aber ohne Luxus

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist spektakulär und das Dörfchen Serra wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist stilvoll (nicht luxuriös) eingerichtet.

Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser, was duschen unmöglich macht. Einiges funktionierte nicht, wie z.B. die Kaffeemaschine, die Jalousien konnte man teilweise nur zur Hälfte runterlassen, der Fernseher im oberen Stockwerk funktionierte nicht und das Bett war zu kurz und unbequem. Ein anderes Problem ist das Parken. Es gab keine Parkplätze und das außerhalb der Saison. Die wenigen Parkplätze, die es gab, waren für Anwohner, aber selbst die waren immer belegt. Man kommt in circa 30 Minuten zu Fuß nach Lerici.
