Great location, very close to the beach as well as the tram/bus stations. The owner is very responsive and asked multiple times if we needed anything 😊
Maybe air conditioning would be good, but to be honest we didn't need it...

L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La sua posizione è ideale, con la spiaggia proprio di fronte, parcheggio disponibile all'interno del residence e un supermercato carrefour city nelle vicinanze per fare la spesa. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti con una piacevole passeggiata lungo la Promenade des Anglais, oppure ci sono diverse fermate di mezzi pubblici proprio all'uscita dell'appartamento se si preferisce non spostare l'auto parcheggiata.I proprietari sono stati incredibilmente gentili e premurosi durante il nostro soggiorno, ed è possibile contattarli in caso di necessità tramite il numero WhatsApp di Maryna.
C'è un ventilatore a soffitto che è stato più che sufficiente perché l'appartamento è molto fresco. Ma visto l'incremento delle temperature durante i mesi estivi, si potrebbe pensare a l'installazione di un condizionatore per il futuro. In ogni caso, il mio soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato da 10 su 10.

A localização é excelente, na Promenade des Anglais, com fácil acesso à praia e aos transportes públicos, embora o estúdio não tenha vista para o mar. A acomodação é muito bem cuidada e parece que foi reformada recentemente. A cozinha estava completa, com tudo o que precisávamos para a estadia.
A anfitriã foi atenciosa e prestativa, respondendo prontamente às nossas solicitações e oferecendo orientações úteis sobre aluguel de bicicletas, utilização do tram e outras informações locais. Fomos recebidos com gentilezas especiais, como frutas, vinho e petiscos.
A acomodação disponibiliza equipamentos para a praia (guarda-sol e colchonetes), produtos de limpeza, itens de higiene pessoal, além de café, chá e temperos.
Antes da viagem li comentários sobre o banheiro ser pequeno, mas o considerei funcional . Sobre o barulho da TV do apartamento vizinho, foi possível ouvi-la em volume baixo em alguns momentos, como mencionado em outras avaliações, porém isso não chegou a nos incomodar durante a estadia.
Como ponto de melhoria, destacaria apenas o colchão, que poderia oferecer mais conforto.

The location was good, only 2.5km to the old city of Nice.
You can hear everything going on next door, access up the one flight of stairs was dark and smelt of cigarette.
Also the bed had roll together.
You have no control over the heating.
