A perfect stopover in a great location. Siennas was clean and absolutely perfect. I'd definitely stay again!

The accommodation was of an extremely high standard, the hosts were professional, friendly and very helpful. The use of the kitchen was a great addition.

It was at a convenient location near to shops and North Oxford, and the facilities were clean with plenty of towels, sheets and bed linen.
The communications with the Host were very poor. Firstly, I was sent the wrong code lock number, that was later corrected a number of hours later. Then late that first evening I kept receiving messages that she wanted my car moving which I did, and caused great difficulty reversing out the following morning as it was surrounded by several of their large vehicles. Then to confound matters I received a further message more than two days after my departure that neighbours were complaining as I was parked in the road (a public road which was not obstructing any driveways).
I concur with other reviews that the bedroom part of the Apartment is separate to the bathroom which is separate across the landing and remarks about the shared Kitchenette, There need to be side-plates provided. not just large plates.
The bathroom lock still has not been repaired, and the hand soap ran out but luckily I brought a spare bar of soap. I found a half-eaten packet of popcorn stuffed at the side of the bedside cabinet in the bedroom.
