It was a very nice stay and big thanks to the host Pramoda for keeping in touch and guide us.

Soliflore 13

Location was good. Neat, located near cafe, mini shop, beach and facilities.

The 3-bedroom apartment had potential, but unfortunately our stay was disheartening. The shower drains were obstructed, and although maintenance arrived the following day to repair them, this should have been resolved prior to our arrival. The bedroom door failed to shut securely, which left us feeling vulnerable at night. The kitchen door also could not be fastened, adding to the overall lack of security. We encountered significant difficulties with hot water for bathing. Only after contacting the housekeeper (amid his own family emergency) did we discover the existence of a booster switch. This was never communicated to us at check-in — extremely exasperating. The payment procedure was chaotic, with excessive back-and-forth, making it laborious and unnecessarily stressful. In summary, these shortcomings rendered our stay uncomfortable. With improved maintenance, clearer communication, and a more streamlined payment system, the apartment could offer a far better experience. As it stands, however, I cannot recommend it.
