Location was excellent. A great city apartment close to centre.
One BIG thing, that will probably stop me from recommending or buying again: Parking.
I did a lot of research and comparisons to get somewhere with free parking. Don't advertise FREE parking, when it really isn't. Also the car parks you recommended were not secure. When my son, did research on how safe & secure the car park was, there was a photo of a car with a smashed window and a very low score! We found a great car park nearby but it was expensive at £22 for 24 hours. It would be cheaper for me to book a room at the Prem or somewhere else and pay for parking. I wasn't happy only because you advertised as free parking. I was envisioning a car parking space inside the apartment building, which I have booked before with you in Cardiff. It didn't meet my expectations and was stressful to look for safe parking after a very long drive.

Was in a perfect position for our needs close to arena as we had tickets and close to The Lowry hotel as we had afternoon tea booked
Was a little tricky to open the door of the apartment and the towel rail in the bathroom was stuck on red hot my husband caught his knee on it and it burned there’s no obvious way to turn it off

Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Really quiet and I enjoyed my stay.

Really close to the AO arena and clean. Easy to find the keys and instructions were very clear.
We were told there would be somewhere to leave our bags as we couldn’t check in until 2 but there was not. The pull out couch was very limited and there was no duvet for it, only a sheet.
