Biagio, the owner, is extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect if you want to visit the historical center of Maratea. There is a parking nearby and we could use it for free as Biagio shares his permission with the guests. The house is tiny but comfortable, perfect for a few nights to visit Maratea.

Struttura molto pulita e confortevole in centro a Maratea. Sergio super disponibile e pronto a fornire qualsiasi informazione. Casa dotata di cucina, macchina del caffè, un grande frigorifero, bagno nuovo e completo di tutto. Abbiamo trovato anche il letto molto comodo! Struttura consigliata 😉

Casa pulita e molto accogliente, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Host super disponibile, deposito anticipato dei bagagli. Badge parcheggio residenti grande plus.

Abitazione leggermente calda, difficile rinfrescare solo con pinguino presente e ventilatore.

La disponibilità del proprietario è stata impeccabile. Gentilezza e cordialità per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Molto attento a segnalarci anzitempo tutte le accortezze per il parcheggio e per raggiungere la sua struttura. L'appartamento anche se un po' piccolino è ben sistemato ed accogliente.
