This apartment in Rosario offers a fairly convenient location on the fourth floor with reasonable access to local amenities. Alto rosario mall was a few blocks away.
The stay was severely let down by poor maintenance and hygiene. Upon arrival, the room carried a persistent, unpleasant stench, and the bathroom had noticeable black mold on the surfaces, along with a toilet positioned so close to the wall that sitting on it was quite uncomfortable (see pics).
The unit clearly had not been properly cleaned, as evidenced by a half-dried load of laundry left inside the washing machine and a wet towel hanging in the closet. Relaxation was nearly impossible due to continuous noise from the refrigerator and there was an ongoing construction downstairs echoing up to the apartment.
