Amazing, relaxing, warm and welcoming

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic stay at Velmora Apartments. The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub/jacuzzi was a great added touch and made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was ideal — just a short distance from the town centre, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. The price was also very reasonable for what you get. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Definitely recommend Velmora Apartments! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An amazing apartment finished to the highest standard – we’ll definitely be back! ⭐❤️

The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing! The two fireplaces created an incredible atmosphere, and the whole apartment was finished to a very high standard – modern, spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. You can really tell that a lot of attention was paid to every detail.

Honestly, we have no complaints at all.

Scummy People running a scam deposit - please be aware before you book!

Bathroom was the ONLY okay bit.

Paid a deposit fund of £100 and did not receive the refund of my deposit after our stay. I’ve read other negative reviews and they all have the same issue! The owner messaged me saying my deposit would be refunded the following Monday which did not happen, then he sent another message saying that his staff wasn’t aware of the situation and that we damaged the painting on the walls and said that he sent me evidence of this via Whatsapp after we check-out. I would’ve loved to see the evidence that he apparently “sent” to me which he never did. The bed mattress was very solid and uncomfortable, it feels exactly like those cheap hospital mattresses. They cheap out on everything just to try make it seem better than it is 😂 They are running a scam business here and are out to get you on your damage deposit so please be aware, I’ve stayed in hundreds of places via booking.com and left countless amazing reviews and this is ridiculous never been so disappointed

Loved my kiddie free night away… very clean lovly rooms the Big Jacuzzi bath was amazing will definitely be back easy check in and check out rapid response when messaging for information about the property while there
