I am incredibly grateful to the host of these apartments. We were able to check in much earlier than expected, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. We also received a lovely surprise, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay - an iron, washing machine, comfortable bed, and good-quality frying pans. You can really see how much care and effort has been put into making the apartment comfortable for guests, and we truly appreciated it.
Of course, I have to mention the incredible view from the balcony. It is absolutely beautiful both during the day and at night. Just keep in mind that the apartment is located quite high up, so be prepared for quite a lot of uphill walking.
Definitely one of the best apartments we stayed in during our time in Sicily. Highly recommended!

Un soggiorno eccezionale, in un luogo di straordinaria bellezza e tranquillità. La vista panoramica su Messina è davvero mozzafiato, ma ciò che mi è rimasto maggiormente impresso è il profondo senso di quiete. C’è qualcosa di profondamente rigenerante in questo appartamento: uno spazio raro, dove rallentare, respirare, meditare e concedersi semplicemente il privilegio di essere presenti.
Uno degli aspetti più affascinanti è stato osservare dall’alto il continuo movimento del Porto di Messina. Navi e traghetti che arrivano e ripartono, attraversando lo Stretto durante tutto il giorno, creano un meraviglioso contrasto tra la tranquillità dell’appartamento e l’energia della città sottostante. Da questa prospettiva privilegiata si può osservare, quasi in silenzio, il ritmo e il fermento del porto in un modo che semplicemente non è possibile cogliere dal basso. È quasi come osservare Messina respirare: movimento sotto, quiete sopra.
Poi, con l’arrivo della sera, l’intero paesaggio si trasforma. I tramonti sono straordinari: la luce cambia lentamente, si posa sullo Stretto e avvolge gradualmente la città in tonalità sempre più delicate. Sedersi in silenzio e osservare il giorno dissolversi all’orizzonte è diventato per me un piccolo rituale — uno di quei momenti semplici che ci ricordano quanto poco, in realtà, sia necessario per sentirsi profondamente in pace.L’appartamento è eccezionalmente pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli, un aspetto a cui attribuisco grande importanza quando viaggio. Il letto e i cuscini sono estremamente confortevoli e la combinazione di comfort, silenzio e aria fresca mi ha regalato notti di autentico riposo.
Più di ogni altra cosa, però, questo appartamento offre qualcosa che le fotografie non riescono pienamente a catturare: una sensazione. In un mondo che reclama continuamente la nostra attenzione, trovare un luogo che invita alla quiete e alla contemplazione rappresenta un lusso particolare.

I cannot speak highly enough of my stay at the suite. The home is perfectly located away from the bustle, 5 minutes' drive from Centro on the slope of a mountain overlooking the city, strait, and Calabria. The building itself is stunning, a marble decked staircase brings you to the suite featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, immaculate bathroom, and cozy bedroom. The home was stacked with everything I needed for my two-week stay, from kitchen implements to bluetooth speaker to ironing board. The highlight was the wraparound terrace, which gives an entire outdoor living space with a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and mainland. If this wasn't enough, the host is an absolute gem of a man. Truly caring and invested in your well-being. Thank you so much for giving me an unforgettable place to have an unforgettable trip.
No more gazing out at the setting sun and rising moon over the western mountains past the sea. At least until I return ;)
