Clean and comfortable with a new washing machine, fridge freezer and drying rail.
The hosts were very welcoming and gave advice on local restaurants and events.
With a car, we found it to be good location for visiting the amazing ancient site of Paestum, the museum, and the Buffalo mozzarella farms. Paestum was quite quiet though and sadly we had to leave before the Balloon festival.
The renovations are still ongoing so some of the building wasn’t finished. The apartment is next to a derelict campsite so the view from the balcony isn’t great. (The pictures must have been taken a while ago from a higher floor.)

Hartelijke en attente ontvangst. Appartementje met keukenhoek en uitzicht op het strand. Het was aangenaam warm toen ik er aankwam.

Wir waren 3 Tage im Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Brandneu renoviert und sehr sauber, komplette Küchenausstattung incl. Backofen, Waschmaschine und Kaffeepadmaschine (mit ein paar Kaffepads!). Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, dankeschön!
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss, der Blick aufs Meer ist also nicht ganz so toll wie es das 1. Foto vermuten lässt, aber es ist wirklich nur ein Katzensprung zum schönen Sandstrand. Insgesamt scheint die Straßenzeile aktuell im Umbruch zu sein, das Erdgeschoss und das 3. OG des Hauses sind z.B. noch nicht renoviert und der benachbarte Campingplatz ist geschlossen bzw. verlassen - aber wir fühlten uns sicher und ebenso unser Auto (kostenfrei direkt an der Straße geparkt).
