The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet and charming independent villa on the slopes of Vesuvius and just 1 km from the sea: a strategic geographical position that allows you to easily reach the main tourist locations, thanks to the very short distance (150 m.) from the Circumvesuviana station, a continuous train service that in a few minutes will take you to Pompeii (5 min.), Herculaneum (15 min.), Naples (25 min.), Sorrento (40 min.).
Furthermore, the structure is close to the Torre Annunziata Nord toll booth of the A1 Naples/Salerno (800 metres), an ideal starting point for those headed by car towards the Amalfi coast (Amalfi, Positano, Ravello) and the Sorrento coast; therefore it is an optimal solution that allows you to plan many interesting itineraries to follow during your stay.
The house consists of:
- three bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the possibility of adding a single bed and the other with two single beds;
- a comfortable bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine;
- a large living room which leads to a garden terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella where it is possible to have meals;
- the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods.
The apartment can accommodate four to eight people, with easy parking along the road in front of the villa.
In front of the structure you can also take advantage of a convenient, well-stocked minimarket.

We were a party of six adults, all family, and stayed for a week in May 2026.The property is very secure (behind a locked gate) and the owners live above it. The owners made us feel very welcome, and we appreciated the coffee pods, tea bags and other breakfast items. Our weather was a bit mixed so we didn't get the full benefit of the outside space, which was a pity as it is a really beautiful garden.The second bedroom (double bed) has a very firm mattress which one of our party found quite difficult, and had to load it up with blankets. The third bedroom is really a child's bedroom, but I knew that when booking. (At least one of the beds doesn't have a headboard.)There is effective air conditioning in most of the rooms.There is a washing machine and rack and pegs for drying, which we found very useful.We found we had to take great care when leaving the property as the gate opens onto a very busy road. There is a crossing, but it needs repainting as there are no road signs to warn drivers of its existence. There are some good restaurants in the wider area, but the immediate area is not ideal - the pavements are dirty and broken, and the shops are 15-20 minutes walk downhill from the property.There is a station 5 minutes walk away, but the Circumvesuviana line is not a good experience; the trains are very crowded and my husband had his phone stolen from a zipped pocket, so beware. Otherwise, the line is very convenient for Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Naples.

Property clean and well equipped with a few food and drink items for breakfast, which was appreciated. Giuseppe was welcoming and helpful. His thoughtful gift was a nice touch. Good location to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum and surrounding areas - train links excellent and the station was a 5 min walk. Parking can be an issue - not much space in the street, and be wary that other drivers may park very close to your vehicle!Would recommend - thank you.

Air-conditioner wasn't working and no offer to fix. Not much within walking distance. Could use some explanations in English. Parking isn't great. Not sure but we felt that owner came in when we were out and turned off outdoor light we left on. The place itself was great for two couples.
