Beautiful apartment, great value for money.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. Great value for money in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommended.

The check in information came 30min before the official check in. All good but if you travel with 3 kids earlier information would be appreciated to know you really have somewhere to sleep after 8hrs journey.

Would definitely come again in the summer, maybe a bit too cold inside for the winter season

Felt like a mansion. Decor was nice and aesthetic. Comfortable beds. An amazing value for money restaurant nearby called “Avvenire”. Also, the apartment was only a short walk away from a bus stop.

No amenities provided, the floors were cold, but we heated the rooms up with the multiple ac units inside. Kitchen left more to be desired - it is quite small and a bit dated.

Could have been much better

The photos represented the apartment well. The location included gated parking for our rental vehicle. I chose the location to be within walking distance of the Pedestrian Gate at Camp Ederle.

Upon arriving, there was no radiator heat and no hot water. We were informed that repairmen would be coming to fix the boiler the evening that we arrived. This issue was known prior to our arrival. It did not get fixed and we were told the boiler would be replaced the next day which meant another day without hot water. In the end we were compensated for one night's rental and while fair, it did not change the fact that we were in the apt for over 24 hours with no hot water and I couldn't use the kitchen because the repairmen were in there all day working. The repairmen arrived at 9:30am and let themselves into the apartment without knocking or announcing themselves. They were shocked that the apt was occupied as they had not been given that information. The owner messaged me at 9:30 saying they would be arriving between 10-10:30 am so their early arrival and self entry was a very uncomfortable shock! We lost an entire day of enjoying the city as I wasn't going to leave our valuables ect vulnerable with random workers entering and leaving the apt. At the time of my booking, the apt description included a microwave and a clothes drying rack. The apartment has neither. There were no instructions given with apartment (how to buzz people in, how recycling/garbage works etc.) The apt is on the 3rd floor - so over 40 steps. The radiator in the back bedroom to the left of the bathroom never worked even after the boiler was replaced - this was also clearly known as someone had placed a pot under it to catch water. The bathroom contained only hand soap - no body soap or shampoo. The kitchen had no kettle - we boiled water in pots for morning coffee. There are salt and pepper shakers, but they have never been filled with salt or pepper. There is not a complete set of silverware (spoons missing). After flying internationally, we all just wanted to shower - we had to go to the store to buy our own products only to realize that there was no hot water. Not great.
