Very inexpensive for Indy 500 weekend and one of the few places available when the Air BnB host cancelled on us not long before the race.

This is really far from the race track and town, and very sketchy long term living for people really down on their luck. The fridge did not work, the elevator was crazy slow, the lobby smelled terrible (super strong cleaner), the front desk staff was like a security detail, and the parking lot was a mix of auto repair and puke. Oh, and plenty of smoking going on despite the no smoking policy.
