This place was not my favorite and will not return due to the negative impacts that affected my family vacation.
The location was convenient and the options of pool choices
I didn’t like the fact that every amenity that the hotel offered we could not use. I wasn’t aware of needing a splash pass to be able to purchase anything at the hotel or to use the gym, bars, or gift shop. I went to get drinks one night at the bar and was rudely informed I had to have a splash pass/gold pass to purchase anything. So I had to walk down to a competitor hotel that offered drinks to me for purchase. Upon arrival, walking into the room immediately funyun chip crumbs and a used plastic Aquafina water bottle left on the floor in between the bed and night stand. There was a dead cock roach in the kitchen lying under cabinets and a live cockroach crawling near one of the bedskirts. I understand because of location this can be a common occurrence to run into a few of them, however to have to wake up every morning to killing multiples it made me very uncomfortable and apprehensive to stay here and to sleep at night. As we make our way into the bathroom, the shower did not drain while using it. The screw holding the shower handle on fell out and the toilet was loose on the ring. Our reservation was for 5 people for 5 nights. We were left with 2 unused rolls of toilet paper and 5 towels and washcloths for the entire stay. So before our stay was over, we had to stop and purchase toilet paper because housekeeping did not knock on our door not once, but based off my experience I wasn’t sure if that’s also because we were singled out for not being a splash pass member or staying through the hotel. On to the back room where the table and couch are to the balcony, the lamp did not work sitting on side table. Also, the only person able to even get the glass sliding door open to the balcony was my husband because it was so difficult and no one else could physically move it. We were offered the late checkout for two hours later at 100 dollars which the option for guest is nice if they want that flexibility.

READ the fine print!
Room was nice and clean and fit my whole family perfectly, couldn't beat the view.
Not reading the fine print to later find out there we had 0 access to any resort amenities other than the pools.
