Si me gustó pero sería mucho mejor si la limpieza fuera más mejor y también si el personal del hotel fuera más agradable con los huéspedes porque ellos se molestan solo porque compran las vacaciones en la aplicación pero el personal de la aplicación si ellos tienen un 10 muy amable y atentos
El personal del hotel no son amable porque uno compra las vacaciones por la aplicación el baño estaba sucio ala cocina no le funciona todos los quemadores el tostador estaba lleno de cucarachas y también la cafetera

The location is fantastic. We have stayed here the past couple years, but this was our first time staying with a private owner. Plenty of room. The room was spacious and had several cooking tools (some were not USABLE). The private owner er was very quick to get back to us if we needed something. There was two beds in main room and then a pull out couch bed and wall pull out. We were not able to use the wall pull out though. I loved the big board that was perfect for us to out snacks. It was a great stay even having the hassle of having to go across the street every time we needed to buy something. (Bring first aid items, my son had an allergic reaction and couldn’t buy anything at the resort)
I did not like that with the private ow er we was not able to buy anything from the resort. We were not able to bowl, get ice cream, use coffee or restaurant. We ran out of water on the beach and were not able to buy anything at the resort and had to run to the store. The pull out bed was not super clean and was not able to use it. There were a few pans that we were into able to use. If you fit. Care about using facilities services and only need two ends, it is a great deal!

Amenities and room was good
Front desk could not help when we couldnt get into room, our code was not right. Tried calling big fish rentals and went straight to voicemail. Finally received a text and had to try 3 different codes but was finally able to get in after about 20 minutes. Room Could have been a little cleaner (balcony was dirty and some small other issues like oven etc)

Liked the Oceanfront Balcony and view, liked where the room was located and how we were able to use heated pools and the closeness to the beach
The stove burners had something on them so when you turned on the burners they would smoke so had to clean them off with soapy water and use the exhaust fan on the microwave above the stove. Also, the inside of the oven was dirty but we didn't use the oven by an means. We had taken our own airfryer and quesadilla maker so that is what we pretty much use along with the 4 burners on the stove after I had to clean them. Had to clean some of the silverware, pots and pans they didn't look very clean. The dish drying rack was underneath the sink which I didn't think was the appropriate place for that. It should have been another cupboard not under the sink. On the last day Sunday in the AM, I had seen a small fast black bug on the bathroom floor by the toilet but nothing else. It was a disadvantage to not have access to the bowling alley, gift shop, ice cream shop, restaurant, small cafe outside our room or the outside bar side grill and pub. So we had to go outside of the Coral Beach Resort to get anything extra. Thankfully we had brought alot of food, snacks and drinks but we would have really liked to have enjoyed the full amenities that the resort had to offer but the front desk states that owner of the Air B&B had limited access only to the heated pools. It was a nice place but the kitchen needs to be cleaned better along with the pots, pans, silverware. We enjoyed our stay otherwise except for the limited access that we had not being able to enjoy the full amenities that the resort had to offer. We loved Coral Beach Resort though. I feel next time we stay there we will book through the Coral Beach Website so that we have full access to everything to overall have a great, enjoyable and pleasant experience with the resort.
