The location was great
I didn’t like that we were going to be charged for extra towels and wash clothes and would of liked to been on the highest floor

The location was great, the staff were pretty great too!
The remote hardly worked, the elevators were very slow, parking is terrible, the water slides were not included… wish we would have known about that.
The “key card” that literally says keep in room is for the doors in the facility so you have to take it with you if you want to get back in from parking or walk down to the ground floor. The humidifier kept beeping so we had to empty it.

Me gustó que está amplio, tenía buena vista y ubicación, la habitación ok, las piscinas ok aunque el hotel creo que necesita un poco de pintura
No me gustó que mi reserva no incluían el área de los toboganes deberían de especificarlo porque es un área muy atractiva, tampoco me gustó que el anfitrión exige que tengo que tirar la basura de la habitación antes de irme.
