Resort Amenities
Guests staying in this condo have access to the resort amenities available to this unit, including:
* Indoor and outdoor pools
* Hot tubs

* Direct beach access
* Designated resort common areas

**Important:** The resort`s **water slides and the pool area surrounding the water slides are NOT available to guests of this condo.** Front-desk services, resort housekeeping, and certain commercially operated or owner-restricted amenities are also not included with this rental.

Important Resort Information
Compass Cove`s common areas and amenities are managed by the resort, HOA, or third-party operators. Seafoam Property Management, LLC does not own, operate, maintain, or control these facilities.

Amenities such as pools, Wi-Fi, elevators, parking areas, hallways, stairwells, grounds, and other common areas may occasionally be unavailable or restricted due to maintenance, repairs, weather, safety concerns, capacity limitations, or management decisions beyond our control.

**No refunds, credits, or discounts will be provided for amenity closures or restrictions that are beyond the host`s control.**

Housekeeping & Supplies
This rental does **not include daily housekeeping, mid-stay cleaning, towel exchanges, or linen replenishment**. A starter supply of basic toiletries, paper products, and household essentials is provided for your arrival. Guests are responsible for obtaining additional supplies needed during their stay.

Compass Cove Resort is located on the south end of Myrtle Beach, putting you close to the area`s beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, and entertainment.

You`ll be just minutes from:

The resort`s beachfront location makes it easy to enjoy the sand and ocean while still being within a short drive of everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Parking & Arrival
Enjoy convenient **contactless self check-in**. Your unique 4-digit door code will be provided approximately one hour before check-in, allowing you to go directly to the condo without waiting at a front desk.

One parking pass and four pool wristbands are provided in accordance with resort policies.

For convenient access to the condo, we recommend parking on the **4th level of the parking garage**, when available. Fourth-level parking is first come, first served and is not guaranteed. If the fourth level is full, parking is available on other garage levels with elevator access.

Guest Information
Check-in begins at **4:00 PM** and check-out is by **10:00 AM**. The primary guest must be at least **25 years old** to book and may be required to provide valid government-issued identification.

Please follow all resort rules regarding noise, parking, pool use, wristbands, and shared areas.

We provide a comfortable oceanfront condo, an easy self-check-in experience, and access to the resort amenities available with the unit. You bring the beach towel and enjoy Myrtle Beach.
🤫 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the condo or on the balcony - subject to a $250 fine each violation.
🐾 Pets
Pets are not permitted.
👥 Registered Guests
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or use the property`s amenities.
❄ Air Conditioning
• Please keep all doors and windows closed while the A/C is running to prevent excess humidity and protect the HVAC system.
• Please turn off all Lights and Set A/C thermostat(s) to 70 degrees prior to leaving the premises.
🌅 Balcony
For everyone`s safety and enjoyment:
• Do not hang towels or clothing over the railing.
• Do not throw anything from the balcony.
• Children should always be supervised within the unit and on the balcony.
🏖 Beach & Towels
Please help keep the condo and linens in great condition.
• Shake off sand and remove sandy shoes before entering.
• Do not take bath towels to the beach or pool, as pool chemicals may discolor them.
• Do not use white towels to remove makeup.
Replacement charges may apply for permanently stained or damaged towels and linens.
🍽 Kitchen
Please enjoy the kitchen during your stay.
Before checkout:
• Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, cookware, and utensils. This unit does not have a dishwasher.
• Dispose of leftover food. Unopened, unused perishables may be left behind.
• Wipe down countertops and clean up any spills.
Excessive dirty dishes or an unusually dirty kitchen may result in additional cleaning charges.
🗑 Trash
Please help keep the condo clean throughout your stay.
When your trash is full:
• Tie the bag securely and take it to one of the larger outdoor trash containers located near the parking garage.
• Replace the trash bag liner inside the condo.
Excessive trash left inside the unit may result in additional cleaning fees.
🧹 Housekeeping
• This is a privately owned vacation rental rather than a hotel. Daily housekeeping is not provided.
• Starter supplies are included for your arrival only.
If you need additional supplies during your stay, they are available for purchase at nearby grocery stores, convenience stores, or other local retailers at your expense.
🐞 Pest Control
The condo receives regular professional pest treatments. Because of our coastal location, occasional insects may still appear despite routine service. If you notice anything concerning, please contact us through your booking platform as soon as possible.

Before checking out, please remember to:
✔ Return all 4 pool wristbands, the parking pass and resort access card to the unit
✔ Wash and put away all dishes and take out your trash.
✔ Lock the door behind you.

💲 Damage & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items during their stay, including furniture, linens, towels, kitchen items, electronics, décor, and resort access items. Missing or damaged items are subject to a minimum $50 replacement fee, with additional charges based on the cost of repair or replacement.
