Dissappointed...

Not a good experience and unlikely to recommend. Last minute at 11am on arrival day, they claimed the unit we booked on 32nd floor has problem and shifted us down to 11th floor - a unit with kiddy theme for 3 adults. One of the toilet shower is not working. Water heater has water leaking. Wouldnt that be a safety concern? Reported but they didnt fix it despite saying they would. No concerns on safety too. My friends have another booking for another 3 nights. They pulled the same excuse with my friends and said their unit they booked is also faulty with safety concerns and put all of us back on the same 11th floor unit. So, i am not sure if they are telling the truth. Toilet was not fixed for all 4 nights despite 2 complaints made to them on 2 occassions. They said original unit has safety issue due to electrical blackout. But the unit they put us in has water leaking from heater is not a safety concerns? The house furniture were all low end and not comfortable. Small sofa.set. we ended up only sitting at dining table all the time. Not that it is comfortable though. But better than the kiddy small sofa. Lack tables in all the room and no cupboards for clothes. Could not even provide a floor mat inside the toilet when asked.
