The house is on a beautiful hilly block with lovely gardens. House itself is nicely decorated and has comfy beds. Dining table was all set up for a meal which looked stunning and the heaters were on so house was lovely and warm on arrival. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and staying in. Plenty of firewood provided and the table on the front verandah was so nice for a long lazy lunch in the sunshine. Location is nice and quiet but it is a little out of town.
There is only one main bathroom upstairs - toilet and shower in same room. The other "bathroom" upstairs is in one of the main bedrooms, has no door and the shower is a hand held wand that you have to use whilst in the bath - note bath does not have a shower curtain. This means there is only one useable comfy shower on the top floor that sleeps 6 people. Lounge only comfortably sits 5 people - the house can sleep up to ten people so this was a bit of an issue when we wanted to just chill in front of the fire. The fifth bedroom is in the outdoor garden shed - it is nice with two single beds, air con and a heater but no toilet. If you need the toilet at night you have to go back over to the main house. Kitchen could use some more fridge space and more seating in the breaky nook. Outdoor garden table also has only 4 seats so the house is not well set up for a group of people wanting to share meals. We were constantly moving chairs around so that we could all sit together which got annoying.

Awesome garden and home.
Would be great to have a toilet accessible as separate from bedroom. A TV in main bedroom with a reading chair also. My older parents wanted me to let you know this.
