Relaxed atmosphere. Wildlife and birds as well as farm activity.

Minor things. No hot water in the sinks was a surprise. Accustomed to hot water to wash the dishes and dry with tea towel. Husband missed hot water for shaving. Blind above kitchen sink won’t stop after you bring it down a distance.
