No breakfast offered in my booking,
Location is a bit hidden and cumbersome to get a taxi.
No visitors was a big NO for me, we are adults and we are far from each other due to work commitments.
That's narcissistic,
Sounds too controlling. Additional payment and hours must be communicated clearly at day1... that's if one intends to have visitors during their stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Soft bed, great shower, good wifi. Shared kitchen was excellent. Very secure building grounds and very quiet location overnight. low cost makes this simple place excellent value for money.
For the price, there is nothing. An air conditioner in the room would be nice for hot days, but then the cost of the room would increase.

The property is clean
The staff members that are accommodated in the same house as the guests were loud and inconsiderate of guests. They would watch tv in the unoccupied guest room while drinking alcohol and making noise. They don’t have basic human etiquette.
