The friendly & helpful staff

The staff were extremely friendly. Both the male and female staff were very kind, polite, and welcoming. The welcome drink was absolutely delicious and refreshing. If I could give a rating, I would give it a perfect 10/10 for the staff and their hospitality.
There are a few things that could be improved. The hotel is not very accessible for elderly guests or people with disabilities, as there is no lift and guests have to use the stairs.
Unfortunately, the room and bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The TV in my room was also not working, and there was a used drink bottle left inside the fridge, which was disappointing.
Overall, I really appreciated the staff’s excellent hospitality, but I hope the hotel can improve its cleanliness, room facilities, and accessibility to make the stay more comfortable for everyone.
