Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Ich mochte auch die schlichte aber geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen.
Der Preis ist zudem sehr gut.

Simple, clean, with friendly, kind and flexible owner/host. Very glad I requested breakfast for CHF 10. What a lovely spread, so comforting, homey and tasty. Homemade bread and marmalade, hot and cold drink options, yoghurt, nuts, fresh fruits and tomatoes, muesli (I declined the offer for eggs). And to enjoy it in a sunroom with a pleasant view and morning air is a country dream. The effort and care is much appreciated. My dog was very welcomed and had a good time as well. We ate our dinner out in their rustic garden, really nice.
For those who travel via public transportation, plus on weekend, location is not ideal. My initial goal was Bielersee, but since public transport is scarce and involving multiple switch transits, I altered my plan and picnicked by Walperswilbrücke (1 hr walk along the river) and Alte Aare near Aarberg zentrum on Sat and Sun, which was very nice too. Is not an issue if you drive or bike.
