It is easily accessible and for us (4 people) it really felt like there was a lot of space. Every appliance we needed was there in the apartment. The beds were super comfortable.
I guess the only issue we had was with parking. There sadly is no assigned parking but it’s understandable. The only thing I would suggest is to write some information about some spots where to leave your car. Other than that no more issues.

Do Tauron Arena 20 min tramwajem, zero korków, jest gdzie zaparkować. Czysto i przede wszystkim cicho. Niedaleko piekarnia, gdzie można się również napić kawy.
Trochę za miękki materac, ale nie jest to duży mankament, wszystko zależy od preferencji
