It was very clean, the kitchen was very good equipped. Rooms were big, fresh and with screens for blinding the light

The apartment is very fresh and renovated and extremely clean. Key pickup was easy. Very nice to have washing machine for laundry. There is plenty of space for clothes in the two spacious wardrobes. Shower works well. Nice with big induction stove and oven. Nice with the mechanical blinds to keep the room very dark at night.
Very close to train station and multiple super markets.
For 4 adults staying for a 8 nights, there were not even a single hand towel provided, only 4 small, dry, worn out bath towels. We asked for hand towels and were told they are not provided and we had to buy our own.
The beds are hard and very uncomfortable and the pillows are old, hard, and lumpy. Nothing 'luxury' about them. Even the sheets were old and worn out looking.
There was no access to cleaning supplies like a dust pan or vacuum cleaner; we had to ask for it (which luckily was fixed quite quickly, but still).
Photos showed a kettle for hot water but there was not one in the apartment. We asked for this too and it was provided after 2 days.
These might seem like minor things, but I don't understand how an apartment can possibly call itself 'luxury' when you don't even offer a single hand towel. That's pretty basic.
In the instructions they also tell you to clean yourself, do all the dishes, take out the trash, etc. It's not a problem but again, it felt repeatedly like they expected a lot of guests but did not offer some bare basics themselves.

Appartamento nuovo, molto luminoso ed esattamente come in fotografia. Comodo sia per visitare Francoforte (vicino ai mezzi di trasporto) sia per acquisti al supermercato (a 100 mt). Utile, per chi viaggia in auto, il parcheggio a disposizione. Cucina bella e abbastanza accessoriata (salvo cavatappi che manca). Camere da letto spaziose con materassi molto comodi. Chiare le info inviate per il Check in. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, per essere in Germania.
Ascensore dell'immobile un po' vetusto ma ben funzionante. Assurdo mettere a disposizione una sola salvietta ma vedo che in Germania sono soliti farlo. Ci fossimo fermati più giorni, come scritto in altra recensione, avrei dovuto comperarne altre. Mancanti anche i tessili da cucina. Mancanza di un comodino (ce ne era uno solo da un lato) e di mensole dove appoggiare qualcosa. Una bottiglia d'acqua in frigorifero sarebbe cosa gradita.

Super Lage zum Öpnv Frankfurt. Parkplatz am Haus. Neu renovierte, großzügige sehr saubere Wohnung mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Freundlicher, verständnisvoller Gastgeber.
Die Wohnanlage in der sich das Apartment befindet. Ist etwas heruntergekommen.
