The accommodation was located in a very good location, in my opinion. The walk to the Skytree, the nearest train station, and the nearest Seven Eleven wasn't long. It was enough for a morning stroll before sightseeing. The place was very clean, and as a European, I immediately felt the atmosphere I was looking for. The owner responded quickly to any questions, and he was very kind. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We loved the location in Sumida in a nice and calm residential area.
Lots of restaurants and Konbini in walking distance. 30’ton45 minutes to almost everything in Tokyo center.
It’s very tiny, a bit too small for 5 people. Actually there is one room with 3 beds and no more space and a living room with a double bed.
The big problem was the beds/ they are really not comfortable so we didn’t sleep well during our stay.
I’m not sure I will book this place again
