I liked how easy and straightforward the booking process is how efficient they were at such short notice then very polite and helpful when I arrived then most of all the cleanliness is impeccable the last two establishments I’ve stayed at both had bed bugs it was awful but this so far to date is the best place I’ve come across in Leicestershire!!! Don’t waste your money with the others get a room here u WILL NOT get better I’ve been a few different places after splitting up with partner waiting on estate agents to sort my new tenancy out I just wish I knew about this place from the start 👌👌👌

I was moved to a different property to the one booked but it was clean.
There was a sketchy dude wandering around in the hall with no keys to any of the rooms. Not recommended for solo females.
