Location is unbeatable! Right along EDSA, it’s a stone’s throw away from both the Carousel bus line and the MRT station, with plenty of nearby cafes and eateries. The host is wonderfully gracious and super prompt with queries, the entire booking process is seamless.
The room is perfectly sized for two or a small family, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully organized using reliable IKEA furnishings. Everything is in working order: no molds, no pests, and no unpleasant odors. The AC keeps the place cool, and the bathroom features a bidet and a hot/cold shower.
For entertainment and work, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the TV comes with premium access to YouTube (yay, no ads!), Netflix, and plenty of other streaming apps. The space has everything you need for a quick staycation or an extended stay: a fully equipped kitchenette to cook meals, a working exhaust, a fridge, and even a iron with an ironing board. While the property isn't brand new, you can tell it’s exceptionally well-maintained.
You also get free access to the pool and gym, a 7-Eleven downstairs for late-night needs, and VST even operates a movie cinema on-site for a small fee. As much as I’d love to gatekeep this gem, it’s a total lifesaver for commuters. If you know how to navigate the MRT or EDSA Carousel, staying here will save you a fortune on expensive taxi fares. Highly recommended for convenience and value!
A few very minor notes that didn't ruin the stay at all: like most high-rise condos, waiting for or riding the packed elevators during peak hours can take a little patience. While the unit itself is remarkably quiet, no blaring horns or noise from busy EDSA, you can sometimes hear the wind whistling through the hallway and the door (a total non-issue once you turn the TV on). A couple extra pairs of house slippers would be a nice touch and the coffee jar was empty (and here I thought I was getting my morning fix! just kidding, I know it's a bonus).
All in all, these are super minor details in an otherwise fantastic stay!

My husband and I recently stayed at Casa Vides for 3 days and 4nights, and we had an amazing experience!
The space was very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It had everything we needed to feel right at home, making our extended stay very comfortable.
Location & Amenities: fantastic, accessible location with great convenience stores and establishments nearby. The building's amenities are a huge bonus as well.
Host Communication: The host was wonderful, highly responsive, and made the check-in and check-out processes completely seamless.
We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to book Casa Vides again next time we need a place in the area. Highly recommended!

The host was very responsive and helpful. If I had a question or an issue with the facility, she was prompt to respond and fix the situation. The location was also strategic, close to the MRT station, bus station, cafes and restaurants. The Netflix, AC, and kitchen also worked well.
The place was not as clean as I had hoped when I arrived. I took pictures of the unclean places, and the host immediately took action. They cleaned the area while I was away from the accommodation and told me that it would never happen again.

Good location and facilities
Use of the lift/elevator on busy time the waiting time can be up to 30 minutes or more. I even went up to the higher floors just to get to the main lobby
