Appartement bien situé par rapport au centre ville qui est accessible à pied en quelques minutes, idem pour le centre historique. L'appartement était très propre, calme et bien équipé. L'ascenseur est un plus et l'emplacement de parking mis à disposition juste parfait. La climatisation (chambre et salon) était un vrai bonheur.
Le matelas du lit qui sans être mauvais est trop souple pour une personne d'un poids supérieur à la moyenne.
Je souffre de problèmes de dos et c'était un vrai point noir, mon épouse n'a pas eu le même ressenti et à trouvé le lit convenable. Pour être impartial je qualifierai le lit de confortable mais non adapté aux personnes sensibles du dos.

Étant seul, l'appartement m'a largement satisfait par rapport à mes attentes. ☺️
RAS sur l'appartement, mais sa localisation est à environ 30 minutes de Nice Ouest. Si vous comptez vous rendre dans le quartier du Vieux Nice, je vous recommande les parking Azur (carte + 3,40€ pour un stationnement à la journée + aller/retour en tram).

Lokalita je skvelá. Z terasy je krásny výhľad až na more a samotné okolie je očarujúce — všade stredomorská zeleň, kopce, skaly a nádherné vilky. Do 5 minút chôdze máte pekáreň aj potraviny. K moru je to autom asi 25 minút, no počítajte s tým, že hľadanie parkovania priamo pri pláži vám môže trvať rovnako dlho. Odporúčame využiť bus, taxík alebo sa vybrať autom na vzdialenejšie pláže v Antibes či Villefranche-sur-Mer, kde sme s parkovaním nemali žiadny problém.
Samotný apartmán má vyhradené parkovacie miesto v uzavretom a bezpečnom areáli. Prostredie je veľmi čisté a tiché. Apartmán je priestranný, výborne vybavený a klimatizácia bola počas horúcich dní obrovským bonusom.
Veľmi oceňujeme aj komunikáciu s majiteľom a flexibilitu pri odovzdávaní kľúčov — keďže sme sa zdržali o deň dlhšie v Alpách, museli sme posunúť náš príchod. Alexia, ktorá nás privítala, bola veľmi milá a dala nám skvelé tipy na výlety. Určite odporúčame prechádzku historickým centrom Vence a len tak sa túlať jeho uličkami.

La casa è molto accogliente, ben attrezzata e pulitissiama. Buona la posizione del condominio che consente di raggiungere il centro senza utilizzare la macchina. Ci tornerò!!! Lo consiglio a chiunque.
Non ho nessuna critica da fare. Mi è piaciuto tutto.
