Checkout time was 12 noon and I was about to checkout at 12:05 or 12:10 pm. But the power was shutdown abruptly at 12:02 pm

Actually, it is a good hotel because it is only a 5-minute walk from KL Sentral. The room was clean, the toilet was also clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the hot water was running properly.
The bad thing was that I heard loud “bang bang” noises many times during the night. I’m not sure what it was, but it was really noisy and interrupted my sleep. The staff were not very welcoming. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, and some had very friendly and welcoming staff who made me want to come back again. But for Elite Hotel, no thanks. I won’t be coming back.
