Super location, lovely kitchen with all I needed, excellent lighting, pretty sitting room, soft sheets, clean & tidy and a most helpful & kind host. Bus stop across the road for travel to Southwold, Beccles, Norwich etc. Local shops/bakers round the corner and a divine beach just seconds away from the doorstep - gorgeous!

Well located, opposite the beach, which was great. The apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished, very easy to find and extremely convenient for a bucket and spade holiday.
The property was great, but the town centre area was a bit run down, with not a great choice of eateries other than pubs.

Very thoughtful design of space. Well furnished & decor was very tasteful.
Due to unusual high temps it was hot. One fan supplied which was fantastic but an additional one due to temps would have been better
