Voltarei a fortaleza, mas jamais para essa acomodação.

Nada! Exceto portaria muito resolutiva e atenciosa. Mas nada tem haver com o administrador da locação. Acomodação não reflete a verdade das notas.

Limpeza horrível, banheiro com fezes, baratas, lençóis sujos de relação sexual. Não indico para ninguém. Água do chuveiro não esquentava, até eu mesmo resolver com funcionários do condomínio. Cheiro de esgoto sempre. Chuveiros, ou não sai agua pois estão entupidos ou está quebrado, parecendo uma bica.

Ótimo custo benefício, sistema de atendimento digital via WhatsApp bem eficiente, condomínio legal com piscina maravilhosa em praia tranquila. Apartamento amplo, equipado e com tudo funcionando.

Devido a maresia, existem algumas oportunidades de manutenção como metais e espelhos corroídos/oxidados. No primeiro dia, talvez pela falta de uso, um cheio de esgoto saia dos ralos e sifões. Após 2 dias de uso o cheiro desapareceu.

Tudo estava perfeito. A acomodação era muito boa, muito bem localizada, com acesso privilegiado à praia. Apartamento muito limpo e bem equipado.
