Insgesamt war die Wohnung funktional, für unsere Bedürfnisse jedoch nicht passend.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind der Fernseher, das WLAN (inkl. internetfähigem TV) und der sehr gute Bäcker direkt nebenan. Auch die Therme sowie Diska und Netto sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ich habe mit einer guten Freundin ein Thermenwochenende in Bad Sulza geplant und wir haben uns bewusst für eine Ferienwohnung statt eines Hotels entschieden, um mehr Platz und vor allem getrennte Schlafräume zu haben. Aus diesem Grund war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns leider nicht stimmig: Für 223 € für zwei Nächte hatten wir auf Grundlage der Beschreibung mit einem Wohn- und einem separaten Schlafzimmer gerechnet. Tatsächlich besteht die Wohnung jedoch nur aus einem einzigen Raum. Das „Bett“ ist ein Ausklappbett, und es gibt weder Sofa noch eine gemütliche Sitzecke – für zwei Freundinnen eher unkomfortabel. Für Alleinreisende oder Paare mag die Wohnung sicher ausreichen, für unser Setup leider nicht. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe räumte die Gastgeberin ein, dass es online schwer erkennbar sei, dass es sich nicht um zwei getrennte Zimmer bzw. Schlafmöglichkeiten handelt. Diese Information hätte sie jedoch auch im Vorfeld per Mail kommunizieren können, wenn sie es nicht schafft, die Online-Beschreibung entsprechend anzupassen. So wären falsche Erwartungen vermeidbar gewesen. Die Einrichtung insgesamt wirkt recht spärlich. Die Wohnung war überall fußkalt und zudem hellhörig. Die kleine Essecke ist eng, wirkt eher traurig und nicht besonders einladend. Auch der Balkon ist eher eine Loggia ohne Sitzgelegenheit oder Pflanzen, sodass man ihn kaum nutzen kann.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Bad Sulza, die Therme konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Alles war neu eingerichtet. Schön war der kleine Balkon, auch wenn es leider zu nass zum sitzen war.

Leider hatten wir angenommen, dass es ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer gibt. Dem war nicht so. Das Schlafzimmer ist gleichzeitig das Wohnzimmer, man schläft auf einem Klappbett, was dann ausgeklappt auf der Couch liegt. Das war für mich in der Anzeige etwas missverständlich.
