Great location in Recoletos and a really convenient base for exploring Madrid. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed staying here and found it a great base for our trip.
The kitchen could have benefited from a few more cooking utensils, although we were able to work around this easily. The only other issue was with the vending machine downstairs, which charged me for three items when I had only purchased two. When I raised it with reception, I was disappointed that my concern was dismissed and I was simply told I was wrong, despite only two items having been dispensed. It was a relatively minor issue, but the situation could have been handled much better.
