Super relaxing vacation in this appartment

Abbiamo trascorso bene la vacanza in questo appartamento È vicino a tutti i comfort Supermarket Ristorante Bus stop 3 mins walk from the appartment ( going to airport and beach) Beach Oldtown Utensili per cucina e Ditersivi sia x pulire e sapone x lavatrice Ce gia un umbrellone Host molto disponibile + points appena arrivati abbiamo trovato un litro di acqua fredda in frigo per rinfrescare😍 (Their hospitality is super appreciated)

La literie etait pas très confortable.l appartement dispose d’une climatisation que l’on ne peut pas disposer comme on le souhaite il faut vider le récipient de l évacuation toute les 2 heures le 1 er jour quand tu n est pas encore au courant c est le voisin du dessus qui se défoule sur toi tellement qu il est excédé

Pessima esperienza !!

Posizione

Tapparelle rotte, bidet staccato dal pavimento, acqua del condizionatore che scarica in una bottiglia da svuotare tutte le volte. ( risposta del responsabile dell’agenzia: le tapparelle si rompono e si sono rotte ieri 😒 ma non era vero detto dai vicini) senza contare che per far venire il tecnico e’ stato difficoltoso ma tanto non ha risolto nulla. Siamo stati svegliati in modo alquanto aggressivo all’una di notte per una perdita sotto al pavimento del bagno e il giorno dopo ci siamo dovuti spostare in un’altra struttura che però non aveva la lavatrice ( in 4 con 2 bambini piccoli direi grande disagio) dovendo perdere un’altra mezza giornata in una lavanderia a gettoni quindi spendendo altri soldi e tempo. Mi riesce davvero difficile fidarmi di nuovo di Booking. Credevo fosse una garanzia , ma non è stato così questa volta.

Casa bella e posizione top. Agenzia pessima.

L’appartamento è in ottima posizione e finemente ristrutturato. E’ arredato con cura e attenzione agli ospiti.

Ci ha lasciati totalmente insoddisfatti l’agenzia che ci ha consegnato una casa non pulita e che, per ogni necessità (ad esempio, finestra del bagno non apribile) non è stata proattiva e risolutrice. Io e mio marito abbiamo impiegato piu di 3 ore per pulire casa. Servizio pulizia inadeguato, anche la seconda volta quando ci è stato proposto di pulire casa per recuperare la mancanza di pulizia appena arrivati. Infine, siamo stati invitati, in malo modo, ad andare via prima del termine del contratto, senza aver mai ricevuto da booking conferma di restituzione della quota restante già anticipata. Per questa ragione siamo rimasti fino al termine del contratto. Avevamo Approccio pessimo e scortese.
