The 3 BR villa we have booked was simply amazing, matched the photos in the listing. Amazing view, modern interior, spacious living room, amazing infinity pool, comfy beds, Japanese-style automatic toilets.
The pool area was very private and shielded from neighboring villas. Villa was well equipped, we even did some cooking. We appreciated the daily cleaning/makeup service as well. AC worked well, kept the place cool. Really appreciated the Harman/Kardon bluetooth speakers, sounded nice.
Our host, Yem was always available and super accommodating.
Getting to the villa was also not too bad, our simple compact rental car was totally up to the task.
Everything was up to our liking, really. There were a few annoyances (toilets not working during power cuts), but nothing major. Pointing out a few things some people might not prefer in this villa:
- it is a bit further from the busy life on the island - you need a car/bike/taxi to get to places
- when travelling with small kids: the villa was generally safe, but i would not let a small child unattended around the infinity pool area - amazing view comes with scary heights...
- as with quite a few other villas, living room and bedrooms are not internally connected, but connected to each other by the pool area.
- the villa is in a villa park where there are some unfinished villas, some might find this spooky
