This was honestly one of the most wonderful hotel experiences we've ever had!
Everything about our stay was absolutely exceptional, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the people.
A very special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Lee, the hotel manager, and his lovely wife, Vivi. They were both incredibly warm, welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Their kindness went far beyond what anyone could expect from a hotel. They made us feel not just like guests, but like friends and family.
It is truly rare to meet people who put so much heart and sincerity into their work. Their wonderful personalities, positive energy, and genuine hospitality made our visit to Shanghai even more special.
The entire team was fantastic, and we felt comfortable, respected, and warmly welcomed throughout our stay.
We will always remember Mr. Lee and Vivi with great appreciation and affection. People like them are what turn a good hotel into an unforgettable experience.

The Owner of the property himself was available to hand us over the keys. He was so helpful that he also guided us about Shanghai and even dropped us to the restaurant for dinner.
